STRUCTURE

1. Automatic control:  clean room air shower room system adopts PLC intelligent control, and  air shower room LED display on the control panel can correctly display the running state of the air shower, the interlock state of the double doors, the progress of the air shower cycle and the delayed opening state. Humanized operation: humanized control panel design, clear indicator light and voice prompt, to give users clear and correct air shower process instructions. Soft key touch type time relay, LED display and set the blowing time, adjustable range from 9-99s, users can adjust the blowing time according to the difference of the environment outside the shower.

2. High cleanliness, high wind speed: adopt American AAF primary and high efficiency filter two-stage filtration system, no partition and low resistance high efficiency filter, filtering efficiency is 99.%. Double vortex shell outer rotor large air volume low noise fan, air nozzle outlet wind speed up to 20-25m/s above, blowing to human body wind speed of 18m/s above. Modular structure: The air shower box adopts the modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower size according to the actual needs.
